Upon completing his studies with the Physics Department of the University of Athens, Nikos Papalambrou added an MBA to his collection of degrees - after all, Physics creates models of how the world works, using analogies and math that are especially valuable to marketing. After a successful tenure with several large multinational companies in Greece, he decided to apply his experience as an entrepreneur, creating a type of enterprise that simply didn’t exist yet in the Greek market: a company with an international culture, combining HR with Trade Marketing. The INGROUP group of companies was founded in 2000 as a result, continuing, up to this day, to provide a combination of services of the highest quality.
Nikos Papalambrou, next to his role as a founder and the mastermind behind INGROUP, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek-Italian Chamber of Commerce.
With a Law degree specializing in Criminology- Penal Law under her belt, Elli Katsarou enjoys “dissecting” human characters, revealing all those exciting facets that can help an individual grow and improve. Counting more than 50 years in multinational companies and more than 18 years with INGROUP, she’s one of the architects responsible for the people-centric philosophy of the company. Her profound knowledge of how to manage human needs for the fulfilment of aspirations is an expertise that she applies to clients and people, inside and outside the company.
A passionate advocate of human contact in combination with Technology, she continues to contribute to the company’s culture and insists on conducting interviews the traditional way: in person.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, Stergios Katsaros became a member of INGROUP’s team in 2018. He has worked as a Sales, Trade Marketing and Exports executive for more than 25 years in large Greek and multinational companies, as well as FMCG, chemical and pharmaceutical companies in Greece and abroad. Skilfully orchestrating the commercial activities of the company, his goal is maximum efficiency and results in every single client’s business plan.
With a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a degree in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University of Social and Political Studies, Eleni Trakosia assumed her duties with the company in 2021. With an experience that spans more than 15 years in respective positions in Greek and multinational companies, she organizes, instigates, motivates, and inspires people to be the absolute best version of themselves.
Holding a degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business (formerly ASOEE), Dionysis Gianoutsos became an integral part of the INGROUP “crew” in 2020. With more than 22 years of experience as a Financial Director in large Greek companies, he knows how to successfully balance sheets, figures and human values in the company like no other.
After a successful career of more than 16 years in respective departments in big large Greek companies, Mary Kitsopanou was added to the INGROUP workforce team in 2022. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management and a Diploma in Consumer Behaviour and Digital Marketing, she utilizes her remarkable communication in the most efficient way, making sure the company’s clients, products and services get the attention and exposure they deserve.
